OTVARC is proud to co-sponsor SEA-PAC, the ARRL Northwestern Division Convention, with our partner the Clark County Amateur Radio Club. SEA-PAC runs for three days early in June. It is hosted from the Seaside Convention Center in Seaside, Oregon.
