What you need:
Android or IOS Device
Internet Access
DMR ID – you can get this on radioid.net



Method 1 (IOS and Android):
The first way is to download the official app from the App Store and add a digital vocoder. You may have to try a few different vodoers until you find one that works. A link you can try is this one: http://pizzanbeer.net/droidstar/plugins/?SA . I didn’t have any luck with this method. Maybe you will be successful.

Method 2 (Android):
First, you need to be able ot sidleoad apps. So this will only work with Android. Also, make sure to turn off app sideloading after you are done.
Download the modified DroidStar app from here: http://pizzanbeer.net/droidstar/
After it has downloaded, install it.
Once it has downloaded, enter your DMR-ID and then try to connect to an active talkgroup. You will know if it worked when you are able to connect and hear something.
