The Travelers'
OTVARC Traveler events are on the third full weekends
of May, July, September, sometimes October, and November.
All locations have RV sites with water & electric hookups.
Some have sewer hookups, and all have RV dump stations.
Tent camping is available at the spring and summer sites.
Some campers arrive on Thursday and stay until Monday.
Group reservations are provided for some events,
but advanced notification is always desirable.

OUR JULY 2010 CAMPOUT
The July Travelers camp out (July 16, 17, 18) has been changed this
year to Silver Spur RV Park near Silverton. This replaces the
Skamokawa WA event.
Silver Spur park is about 50 miles from the Portland area, an hour's
drive south on I5 and east to Silverton on Hwy 213. RV sites are $26
per night and have full hookups (water, electricity, sewer). A tent
camping area is also available.

The Oregon Garden is nearby, and Silver Falls State Park is a scenic
15 mile drive south through Christmas tree farm country.
There is a pot luck on Saturday at 5:30 pm. Hamburgers/hot dogs and
condiments will be furnished by the club. Please bring a salad or a
dessert. Homemade ice cream will be provided.

k7psd@msn.com as soon as possible so a site can be reserved for them.

Sunnyside County Park near Sweet Home, OR between Foster Reservoir and
Green Peter Dam. Pot luck on Saturday at 5:30.

16 - 18 July:
New this year at Silver Spur RV Park near Silverton, OR and the Oregon
Garden. Silver Falls State Park is a 15 mile scenic drive from the RV
park. Pot luck on Saturday at 5:30. (This replaces the Skamokawa, WA
event.)

19 - 21 November:
Wandering Spirit RV Park near Grand Ronde, OR enroute to the Oregon
coast on highway 18, and 2 miles from Spirit Mountain Casino. Free
shuttle to the casino. Thanksgiving pot luck (turkey provided) on
Saturday at 5:30 pm.
